SOKOYO is capable to provide simulation reports for the lamp lamination lux level, glare index, intensity class and other photometric results according to tender requirements or projects road width, pole height, LED power, etc. In this way, we can help our clients with the proposal by complying with projects design and industry standards. We can also offer a suggestion about installation arrangement considering the spacing distance, mount height, single side or middle planning. For those professional engineers or designers, the IES files are available for each model of the proposed LED lamp helping them to simulate their expectation. We have our own lab to test IES files for newly designed lamps, which enables the team to continue updating higher level and more efficient LED modules to improve product performance.
ODM and OEM Service
A. Configuration design. We can design the specs according to all tender documents such as solar panel watt, battery capacity and wireless control system like IoT system which is different from current products models.
B. IoT smart controlling system design. We can provide all kinds of a smart lighting system. We have our own platform to control the whole system by APP or computer with many conveniences.
C. System design. If our clients have no idea about what models, pole height or LED power match with their projects, we can offer a suitable system design to make the match accordingly.
D. Wind Resistance calculation. We have been in cooperation with a nationally recognized designing institute to keep working in research and design for street lights resistance including solar panel, steel pole, metal battery box, LED Lamp fixture, and anchor bolts.
E. OEM service is available like labelling, packing and LOGO print.
F. Dimming mode setting. We can set the dimming mode to save energy while keeping the same lighting hours.
