Warranty Duration
All standard SOKOYO products—including all-in-one, all-in-two, split-type solar street lights, LED grid-powered street lights, and regular light poles—come with a 3-year warranty as our baseline commitment. If anything goes wrong under normal use and proper installation, don't worry—we've got your back.
Prefer to "buy once, use for longer"? We've got that covered too. For projects that demand extended reliability and durability, we offer an optional 5-year warranty extension. Just let our sales team know your needs in advance, and we'll tailor the solution together.
What's Covered?
-LED fixtures & controllers
If they malfunction during everyday use, we'll repair or replace them with no fuss.
-Lithium battery systems
Issues like cell bulging or abnormal capacity drops? Covered.
-Solar panels
Problems like severe power loss or panel cracking are included in the warranty.
-Light poles
Our poles are built to last over 20 years, but if any structural failures or corrosion occur within the first 3 years—provided it's not caused by external damage—we'll take care of it.
Please note: Human-caused damage, extreme weather events, or improper installation are not covered by the free warranty. That said, we're always happy to offer technical advice and support if you need help solving a problem.
